Remember to Hydrate!

This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Beth Hawk, an Integrative Nutrition Coach who is partnering with our practice to offer her expertise on all things food and nutrition.

Beth received her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green in 2008 and also received her personal training certificate while finishing school. She’s always had a passion for food and nutrition. She combined her love of cooking, wellness, nutrition and her education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a holistic health and wellness coach. 

In the post below, Beth shares the important role that proper hydration plays in nutrition. Along with some tips for increasing your water intake, she explains how drinking plenty of water can add multiple health benefits.
