TPI is the world’s leading educational organization and research facility dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing.

TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional Tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible.

An Athletic Advantage’s TPI Screen and golf-fitness program will:

SuperSpeed Golf Training System

Athletic Advantage is also certified in the SuperSpeed Golf Training System. We demonstrate how the set of three SuperSpeed clubs is a training tool to increase a player’s swing speed. As we age and desire to maintain our golf athleticism, speed training is an ideal way to accomplish this goal. With SuperSpeed, the training protocol is intended to improve club sequencing, weight transfer and core rotational strength. The singular focus when training is to swing the weighted training tool as fast as possible. Therefore, the focus is on being athletic and not on ball flight, shape or distance. The importance of using both lighter and heavier implements is … to increase club speed. Using just a light club or just a heavy club will not yield the same results. Especially when it comes to long term retention of those new speed gains. The light SuperSpeed clubs are designed to reset the neuromuscular reaction speed and the heavy club then cements these changes in the brain.
